- OTC Manufacturing: Sunscreen, acne care, skin protectants, and sanitizers compliant with FDA
- Compounding: 20 vacuum-sealed stainless-steel kettles (7,000 L – 20 L)
- Filling & Assembly: 12 automatic & semi-automatic lines for tubes, jars, sachets, tottles, bottles, and airless packaging
- Testing: Microbial, physical, and chemical testing with on-site QC laboratory
- Production Capacity: 20 million units per year (1-shift basis)
