ColorProof Evolved Color Care recently held a photo contest open to all of its educators in which they could submit photography of their work based on trend projections for 2017 in the following categories: braids, ponytails, texture, and extreme volume. The contest was first announced at ColorProof’s Education Update Training on June 12th and ran through August 15th. The overall contest winner, Artistic Specialist Sunnie Rushton, will have the honor of attending the brand’s 2017 Trend Photo Shoot, which will take place at the end of the 4th quarter.
The finalists in each category are as follows:
BRAIDS - Meagan Reitz (Skin Bliss Salon & Spa, NM) @meaganreitzhair
TEXTURE - Roxana Dolson (B-Envied Salon, MO) @roxstarstyle
PONYTAILS - Heather Judd (Fringe Salon & Spa, UT) @fringeinpoky
ColorProof Director of Education, Nicole Nixon, who spearheaded the contest shares, “We have so much incredible talent on our team, this photo contest was a great way to recognize our amazing artists for their individual creativity and reward them with the opportunity to be on set with us.
