Eufora International has announced the theme for its 2021 Eufora Salon Owners Network (ESON) meetings: Building Blocks for Salon Hyper Growth.
Each quarter, Eufora executives will discuss tough questions presented to salons as they rebuild their businesses in a post-COVID world.
The ESON Meetings will be held virtually, and will include presentations from top Eufora executives, leading salon owners and other industry experts.
All attendees will have the opportunity to "test-drive" key learnings via online exercises, and will receive workbooks and templates to help guide salon implementation.
The Quarter 1 ESON meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 25th, and will cover topics relevant to building a power team.
Fred Phillips, Eufora executive vice president of sales, will present "3 Traits To Look For When Recruiting," where he will share insights into ideal traits as well as the positive and negative implications of each in order to prepare owners for both recruitment and development.
"Owners should seek out candidates who have a balance of three particular traits, but doing so is not as simple as it sounds. It is easy to be swayed by a high-powered or charismatic personality, so we are also providing salon owners with a curated list of interview questions to help them more objectively navigate the selection process," says Phillips.
Debbie Penzone, CEO and president of Penzone Salons, is the guest speaker. She will present a segment on Recruiting, Onboarding and Loyalty, discussing the importance of building a united salon team.
Adopting the practices shared in this first ESON meeting will set the foundation for additional "hyper growth" tactics to be shared in future 2021 meetings.
