America’s Beauty Show (ABS) is moving back to Rosemont, Illinois, September 11–13, 2021.
ABS will be an in-person event presented by Cosmetologists Chicago.
This year's ABS will feature dynamic and interactive pavilions throughout the convention center: Shear Entrepreneurs pavilion, which focuses on exhibitors owned by minority owners; the Barber & Grooming pavilion with techniques, education and competitions; special areas highlighting the history and future of Cosmetologists Chicago; a recognition of past ABS Global Image Award winners; and more.
ABS is also bringing Look & Learn workshops to the show floor, which will be included with an ABS ticket. ABS will provide CEU to help professionals renew licenses and continue to keep up with the latest trends. Pros will also have the option to attend select hands-on workshops virtually to receive an education “workshop box” in advance of the class.
ABS, the Village of Rosemont and vendor partners are working together on action plans that align with recommendations and safety procedures from CDC and the State of Illinois, while also meeting the needs of our industry. The safety plan will adjust to meet changing conditions as safety protocol dictates.
ABS will take place at The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, located five minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
