The salon uses a variety of products; some with eco-friendly philosphy, while others contain no parabens or sulfates. Ion also recycles, reuses and limits its overall energy use. The carefully selected staff is trained how to provide top-notch service without being wasteful.

This salon cares deeply about the environment and has since it opened. When the salon launched in 1985, it was immediately notice for its environmental commitment. Today, Garbo's mission to run an efficient and green business is just as important. One step the salon takes to protect the environment is collecting recyclables.
