After eight months of competition, two winners were crowned: Daniel Lozada, of the professional/established talent category; and Rachel Carr, of the student/new talent category.

Matrix Artistic Director Ammon Carver helped create glam do’s and offer personal consultations on a number of celebrities, including the legendary locks of Penny Marshall, Actor Rex Lee of Entourage and Wendi McLendon-Covey from Bridesmaids at the GBK Pre-Oscars Luxury Lounge. Ammon also offered customized hair strategies to keep their locks looking their best using Matrix’s Biolage, Total Results and Design Pulse collections.
