Inspired by icons from the 1960s from Nancy Sinatra to Jane Birkin, the Unite team picks up bits and details from the era without going into total retro mode for Huishan Zhang's S/S 2016 look at London Fashion Week. "I am totally obsessed with the female celebrities from the 1960s," says Unite Lead Stylist Ali Pirzadeh. He explains that he gave models a side part and some extensions with a lifted boost on the top. "I put Elevate Mousse from the root down to the temples, depending on the girl's length. This gives you a natural lift to it and a drier texture. I wanted it to be a bit texturized," Ali shares. He also created a wave to give the appearance of a natural lift.
