KEVIN.MURPHY, an industry haircare leader, has partnered with Green Circle Salons, an organization that provides sustainable waste management for salons and spas, in order to help reduce the overall environmental impact of beauty businesses. Together, KEVIN.MURPHY and Green Circle Salons will teach beauty professionals and salon owners methods for becoming more sustainable, healthy, and profitable.

Indah recently presented its Collage Collection on July 19 at the W South Beach Hotel during Miami Swim Week. The collection, which featured an array of styles from barely-there bikinis in lavish prints, to '70s-inspired plunging necklines, to shimmering sequins and provocative slits, was inspired by the idea of a collage with a strong "'90s minimalist vibe… layered with late '70s punk rock chic," according to designer Libby DeSantis.

Hairstylist Chanel Peraza-Munoz of BLO Blow Dry Bar Brickell worked with UNITE Haircare to create the fun, flirty looks for Lila Nikole's Swim 2016 Collection show. Inspired by the bright colors and funky prints of the collection, Chanel created a bold, futuristic ponytail topped off with dramatic visors. Get the Look:1. The finale of the CFDA Swim Collection show was intended to have groups of girls with the same outfit on, creating an army of girls. Designer Franchesca of Frankie’s Bikinis found inspiration for her recent collection from her hometown on Malibu. The hair, created by a team from BLO Blow Dry Bar Brickell, was designed to complement the looks with fun and flirty beach hair, perfect for day or night, featuring a topknot, beachy waves and peek through braids. Lead hairstylist Gia Tovar of Marianne Strokirk Salon in Chicago worked alongside an exclusive René Furterer hairstyling team at the recent presentation of Gottex's 2016 Cruise Collection on Saturday, July 18 at the luxurious 1 Hotel South Beach. Three glamorous looks were sent down the runway: Profile Blush, which included an array of playful pieces; Profile by Gottex, flirty mix-and-match silhouettes, many featuring bold, graphic patterns; and the highly sophisticated classic GOTTEX line, which featured a variety of glamorous looks.

The competition was fierce at Wella's TrendVision 2015 as 44 incredibly talented finalists competed for titles in Student, Young Talent and Color categories. Judges Tabatha Coffey, Andy LeCompte, Eden Sassoon, Frank Marasco, Oscar Blandi and Whitney Port had their work cut out for them as they determined which contestants would go home with awards. Between breathtaking showcases of artistic presentations from D&J Ambrose, Sebastian Professionals and Sassoon Academy and live runway presentations from the contestants, all the winners were revealed.
