Introducing the new Colour & Effects polish collection to the runways, the CND team used bold hues and layering to create truly customized colors. At threeASFOUR, CND techs mixed Anchor Blue with two coats of Studio White and added Super Matte as a topcoat for an eclectic, edgy look.
