Surface Hair recently partnered with the Wounded Warrior Project in Los Angeles, CA, at a pre-Emmy's event. Surface artists styled both celebrities and Wounded Warriors in an on-site mini Surface Salon during an action packed day.
The Surface stylists on location were all military wives themselvs and made a statement by wearing custom created t-shirts with the Surface Tree of Life logo on the front and their respective husband's military insignia on the back.

To complement Brooke Burke’s Structured Herve Leger dress, stylist Jonathan Hanousek created this Relaxed Romantic Faux Bob.To create volume and body and hold I applied Wen Pomegranate Nourishing Mousse to towel dried hair. I used my fingers to create a side part and scrunched waves into the hair. I blow dried the hair with medium heat using a diffuser touching the hair as little as possible while drying so that the waves stay silky and soft.
