News: Take a Journey with Ruth Roche

Ruth Roche, Artistic Ambassador for Pureology Serious Colour Care, believes education is a journey. It’s not about learning a specific cut or look, it’s about learning techniques that can be put together in multiple ways to create multiple looks. It’s about stuffing that confidence bag full of amazing ideas that can be applied when needed. It’s a journey she leads with her partner in crime, Wendy Bélanger, International Artistic Director for Pureology.

“Education is about inspiring others to explore different ways of doing things to build their confidence and unleash their creativity,” says Roche.

Roche bases her educational content on two things:
1. Trends - Everyone wants to look current - art, runway, street fashion and even celebrity looks are fun to turn to seasonally for inspiration and to keep looks fresh.

2. Fun - It’s about taking a cool journey where stylists and artists have fun exploring and discovering new ideas versus dissecting one specific technique to perfect it.

“We are artists and individuals, putting elements together in a different way is sometimes all you need to be inspired,” adds Roche.
