Goldwell/KMS is experiencing some ch-ch-ch-changes—in a very good way! Not only does the revered company have a brand-new president and CEO—Cory Couts—but it now adds the talents of John Moroney to its ranks!
Couts announced today that Moroney has been named vice president of education, with the mission of leading the education efforts of both the Goldwell and KMS California brands in North America.
With a career spanning 25 years in the professional beauty industry, including turns as stylist, platform artist, salon owner and educator, Moroney has spent his entire professional life working to uplift hairstylists and salons. He has worked in all aspects of education, marketing, sales, creative direction and public relations for key industry brands such as Aveda, Sebastian and Wella.
"The opportunity to be part of a new, progressive management team that is focused on getting closer to the professional stylist in order to help build salon success is very exciting," says Moroney.
