Concrete Assistance

Salon Concrete in Red Bank, New Jersey, hosted an in-salon event in an effort to raise critical funds for Japan and the American Red Cross. Raising nearly $1,000 that will go directly to the Red Cross, Salon Concrete offered complimentary haircuts, blowouts, and styling. Donations will help provide shelter and food to the displaced victims, many of whom are still sleeping outdoors, and support specialist medical teams to assist patients who become ill as a result of radiation poisoning.

The Salon Concrete team came together to host an event to raise funds for the American Red Cross and Japan relief efforts.

“Salon Concrete wants to do as much as we can to help Japan through this incredibly challenging time,” says Christine Zilinski, Salon Concrete's owner. "Our salon and the Red Bank community rallied together to show their support and we are thrilled to have met our donation goal."
