Last night, I migrated to Venice, California's über trendy Abbott Kinney Blvd. to join Philip Pelusi at The Detox Market as he introduced Tela Beauty Organics to the West Coast. Philip demonstrated the certified organic line's multifaceted capabilities on models of varying ages and hair types. I even got a chance to sample Tela's dry shampoo, which not only worked wonders on my limp locks but left my mane with a clean lavender scent that was downright intoxicating. Guests were also invited to enjoy makeup applications courtesy of eco-luxury brand Kide. All in all the night was a strong reminder that going green can certainly be a beautiful thing.
