Wow, was this ever a difficult task to complete! Nearly 70 stylists submitted 217 shining examples of thier most outrageous, creative and awe-inspiring Halloween hairdos. But, true to our word, Nick Arrojo and I, Amy Dodds, present to you the winners of the first-ever Halloween 'Dos Contest.
