One grand prize winner will receive an ARROJO by IZUNAMI flat iron (see accompanying photos) and a cash prize of $500!  Two more winners will receive one of these fabulous flat irons. What's more—the best Halloween ’Dos will be judged by industry legend Nick Arrojo and LP executive editor Amy Dodds!
