Set against a city sky lined with tall palms and eclectic architecture, Lucie Doughty styles and colors a bold two-toned "Urban Raw" hairstyle! This behind-the-scenes video offers an exciting glimpse at the creation of the edgy punk inspired 'do!

From runway style to the fashions currently on view at the Met Costume Institute's "Punk: Chaos to Couture" exhibit, punk style is having (yet another) revival. Amid a spate of punk-inspired hairstyles on the fall runways, one take really stood out: Fendi models' bright, clip-on fur fauxhawks, worn over natural-colored hair. Celebrity stylist and Paul Mitchell Editorial Doughty took inspiration from Fendi's two-tone look and soft spikes to create this feminine yet edgy style.

How-to get the look:

1. Prep hair by backcombing strands and spritzing Extra-Body Firm Finishing Spray® to give it some grip.
2. Then begin pre-lightening hair using with Dual Purpose Lightener and 20 volume developer from Paul Mitchell Professional Hair Color.
3. Once hair has been lightened, mixed a combination of INKWORKS® and new shines XG™ (the future generation of demi-permanent, no-ammonia hair color) alternating foils throughout the hair.
4. Finish the look by blow-drying with a comb and fingers to create desired shape.
