On October 21 three were killed and four others were injured at Azana Salon & Spa in Brookfield, WI. The injured victims were taken to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. The gunman, identified as 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton, was found dead inside the salon.
According to Milwaukee County court records, Haughton's wife, Zina Daniel Haughton, filed for a restraining order on October 8 after Haughton slashed her tires.
Azana Salon & Spa owner Tami Gemmell released a statement on the Azana website saying, “Thank you to everyone in the community for your outpouring of love and support. We are devastated by this tragedy and remain in shock over how this could have happened. We will continue to update you as we have more details. In the meantime please keep the victims and their families in your thoughts and prayers."
