Swander Pace Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in investments in consumer products companies, announced April 2, 2013 that it has completed the acquisition of Caleel + Hayden Holdings, Inc., d.b.a glōProfessional ("glōProfessional" or “glō”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
