Actress and singer Hilary Duff recently joined the legion of celebrities to embrace the colorful hair trend (Kylie Jenner, Katy Perry, and Vanessa Hudgens, among them), revealing a new, teal look on Instagram. Duff, who was pictured in a chair at the popular Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood, gave a shootout to her colorist, Amber Maynard, captioning the photo, "@Ambahhh turned me into a mermaid last night… love all u [sic] girls."
The new blue look is a departure from Duff's signature blonde hue, but it isn't the first time she's switched up her look. Last year, she changed out her long, flowing locks for an edgy, chopped bob, a trend that's still going strong in Hollywood.
