- Pre-lighten hair to a level 10 using Pure Light Power Lightener and choice of developer.
- Apply the EXPRESS TONES formula for a demi-permanent result from roots to ends.
- Shampoo and condition using NEVO Moisture Rich Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner.
- Apply NEVO Model Behavior to damp hair to tame frizz and provide natural movement, then style as desired.
For permanent color, use the following formula.
