Get the Look: Kate Hudson's Tousled Topknot by Owen Gould

Celebrity hairstylist Owen Gould recently worked with Kate Hudson for Chrome Hearts Celebrates The Miami Project During Art Basel on Wednesday, December 3rd in Miami, FL. Describing the inspiration behind the look, Gould said, "Kate and I decided a tousled topknot would work best with her outfit for the Chrome Hearts event. It’s also one of my favorite looks on her!"

Get the Look:
1. Said Gould, “I prepped [Kate's] damp hair with Sachajuan Medium Hold Mousse. I then layered that with Sachajuan Styling Cream on the ends and Sachajuan Ocean Mist at the roots for volume.  

2. "I blow-dried her hair using only my fingers and no brush as to create the most texture. Once dried, I brushed it up into a pony tail and twisted the remaining hair into a loose top knot, securing it with bobby pins. I pulled some hair out around her hairline to make it look more undone and effortless."
