Celebrity makeup artist Julie Harris recently worked with Jessica Hart for the Balmain x H&M Collection Launch on Tuesday, October 20 in New York, NY. Said Harris, "I was inspired by the strong shape of [Jessica's] dress, so we decided a pop of teal on the eyes would complement that and the graphic design." Recreate the bold look with Harris' how-to below!

Get the Look:

  1. Says Harris, "I prepped Jessica’s skin with Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence.
  2. "I started off with a light coat of Laura Mercier Smooth Flawless Finish Foundation in Buff and blended with a damp Beauty Blender. I then highlighted under the eyes with Bobbi Brown Concealer and shaded her cheekbones with Chanel Bronzing Cream. To finish off the base, I highlighted Jessica's cheekbones, brow bone and the inner corner of her eyes with Jessica's own Luma Cosmetics Illuminator.
  3. "I shaped her brows naturally with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Ash Blonde. To give a graphic shape to the eyes, I applied Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize Cream Shadow in Cleopatra to her lid and blended it outward. I swept NARS Dual Intensity Eyeshadow in Pasiphae over top and blended it into the crease with a pony brush. I applied Lancôme Hypnose Drama in Black to the top lashes only.
  4. "I lined her lips with Kevyn Aucoin ‘The Flesh Tone' Lip Pencil in Medium. I applied a hint of color with Laura Mercier Paint Wash Liquid Lip Color in Rosewood.
  5. "To finish, I lightly dusted Urban Decay Naked Translucent Powder in Medium Light onto the T-Zone with a powder brush to take down any shine for the red carpet."
