Get the Look: Carrie Fisher's Comic-Con Look

Carriefisher

Hairstylist Sean James created actress Carrie Fisher's look for her appearance at this year's Comic-Con in San Diego. Says Sean, "[Carrie] was so excited about the [Star Wars: The Force Awakens] panel and had story after story for Camille Clarke (makeup) and I and a few Star Wars insider notes - like that Star Wars was originally called “The Adventures of Luke Skywalker" - and other great stories about being on set. Carrie's daughter, Billy Lorde, is also in the movie and Scream Queens which, coincidentally, I was with Jamie Lee doing the press with the whole crew [for Scream Queens]."

Get the Look:
1. Says Sean, "Well once I got Carrie in the chair, I used a little of the Number 4 Blow Dry Lotion to add a little texture to the hair.

2. "Then I used my FHI Blowdryer and gave a lot of root lift with my medium barrel Spornette Porcupine brush. I get great control and lift with that.

3. "Once the volume was built, I used the FHI Curling Iron to add a little more structure to the hair. With a large detangling shorten brush, I brushed it all out and back-combed a little [to add some] lift in the front.

4. "Finally, I sprayed a good amount of the Number 4 Mighty Hold Crushable Gluten-Free Hairspray - I love its fresh scent!"
