The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) recently announced the winners of its 2014 Sally Beauty Scholarship at the 2014 ISSE Long Beach show. More than 300 applicants were considered for the award. According to Jan Roberts, Director of Corporate Communications at Sally Beauty Supply, "Sally Beauty is proud to have supported PBA for the past 22 years by providing over $200,000 in scholarships for cosmetologists."
