At Cushnie Et Ochs,  celebrity manicurist Patricia Yankee and her team applied custom-made stiletto nails with an edge to the runway models, featuring China Glaze Nail Lacquer.“The look at the Cushnie Et Ochs show was inspired by straight jackets and straps, basically being bound up," said Yankee. "The designers and I wanted to create a look that would embody this on the nails. We decided on the sterling silver bands over a milky white nail color to mimic the strap buckles against a restricting white straight jacket."

Lead stylist Duffy for Oribe Hair Care created a young and effortless look for Custo Barcelona’s Spring/Summer 2014 show. Custo Barcelona sent models down the runway in their signature style, bold and colorful prints, but with a tribal flair and in a pastel color palette.“This collection is very wearable, so I wanted to create a hair look that is relatable but with a little edge,” said Duffy, who created a highly texturized bun with a twist for the show. “There are also elements of ‘90s grunge in this look, which is all about texture.”

Calla took a trip to the beach this season, reinventing her normally ultra feminine and flirty look with elements of grunge and surf culture. "Calla was really inspired by old issues of Sassy magazine from the '90s for this collection. She's also introducing bathing suits this season, so she really wanted to have a beachy texture to the hair, but nothing that was too perfect," said lead hairstylist and Oribe educator Ramona Eschbach.
