Your subscription account number is printed on the cover of your magazine, right above your name on the mailing label.

When will I receive my first issue?
Your first issue is mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If you think you have missed an issue, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department immediately to assure that we have your correct mailing address and other contact information.

How do I renew my subscription?

If your subscription is about to expire or has expired, then you can renew your subscription in several ways:

Complete one of the insert cards—with FREE postage—found in every Launchpad issue and mail it back to us.

How can I order back issues?
Back issues are available for purchase. Click here to order back issues online, or you may place an order by e-mail, telephone or mail. We do accept checks and gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. Launchpad is published by Creative Age Publications, so all credit card payments will be charged to "Creative Age Publications”. If your prefer to mail us your order, then please specify which back issues you want and send us your payment along with the shipping address to:

Article reprints are available for purchase. Please see article reprints for additional details and how to place your order.

How do I get written permission to use articles?

The materials on this website may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached, or otherwise used, except with prior written permission of Creative Age Communications, Inc. To use any Launchpad article, photograph or any other material featured in our magazines and/or on this website, you must first receive written approval from our Editorial or Executive Departments. It is illegal to reproduce any Launchpad article, photograph or any other material without written permission. If your salon, spa or beauty product was featured in a Launchpad issue or on this website, then you may purchase article reprints.

What if I don't receive an issue?
Occasionally, a magazine issue is damaged or gets lost in the mail. If your issue is not delivered or if it arrives damaged, then please call or e-mail our Subscriber Services Department to resolve the matter:

I have sent in my payment, but I just received another invoice. Why?
Your payment and our invoice may have simply crossed in the mail. If you mailed us your payment more than 4 weeks ago, please call (800) 624-4196. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Do you accept credit cards?
