Moon Shines: The runways were chockablock with full-moon madness on nails. CND delivered bloodred nail beds with clear moons at Ruffian; at Thakoon, CND Team Red member Wanda Ruiz crafted French moon manis using beige for the moons and tips, and black for the nail bed.
