Cancerribbon

Empire Beauty School students and staff will take part in the upcoming Cancer Survivor Beauty and Support Day on June 2, 2015. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., all cancer survivors are invited to their local Empire Beauty School to receive complimentary pampering in the form of nail and hair services.

Cancer Survivor Beauty and Support Day has been recognized and acknowledged by several sate and local governments, received an honorary proclamation in the House of Representatives, and is supported by volunteers who work for hospitals, cancer clinics, and cancer care organizations such as Gilda's Club, Lungevity, and many more. The day is designed to help cancer survivors - men and women - feel supported, appreciated, and beautiful, and to get a much-needed break from their daily stress.
