It happened to me once, where I didn't receive genuine Dermalogica products. Here are a few things to do...

- Ensure that the stockist is listed on the dermalogica website.

- Dermalogica stockists cannot sell professional sizes to clients, professional sizes are for Dermalogica skin centres and spas only. These sizes contain active ingredients that should only be used by Dermalogica educated and trained therapists. If a web site has professional sizes available for you to purchase, the chances are the products on that web site may be diverted.

As a salon owner I found the diversion aversion article to be the answer for ending diversion. In my 27 years in business, I would of never thought a fellow salon owner would take this issue to a level of finishing diversion forever. Cheers to you O'neill for putting the answers out in the open. I would like a follow up article from the manufactures on O'neill issues on product tampering and upc codes. O'neill has solved diversion.
