Held at the MUSE School in Malibu Canyon, California, the Under The Stars event was held to support the institute's Financial Aid Program and Specialty Programs: Seed to Table, MUSE Maker Space, Art, Music, Falconry, and more. Frank grew up in The Bronx, NY with a passion for cars, swimming, music, dancing, and art. In 1949 he graduated from The School of Industrial Art in NYC with an emphasis in Advertising Art. He made the honor roll, was the President of his class, and Captain of the Swim team.
