The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) has announced the winners of the Minerva Beauty Cosmetology Scholarships. Minerva Beauty, Inc. is a privately-held, American-owned company based in Monroe, GA and is a leading manufacturer and distributor of salon equipment. For the last four years, PBA has been partnering with Minerva Beauty to award five $1,000 scholarships to students currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program.
