On October 21 three were killed and four others were injured at Azana Salon & Spa in Brookfield, WI. The injured victims were taken to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. The gunman, identified as 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton, was found dead inside the salon.According to Milwaukee County court records, Haughton's wife, Zina Daniel Haughton, filed for a restraining order on October 8 after Haughton slashed her tires.
