Braiding Texture

“I wanted to take shapes and techniques and mix them up within the hairstyles. In this shot, I took the idea of braiding and turned it into a shape that was oversized. The hair sat on the top of the head as opposed to laying close to the head as braids tend to do. I sprayed the hair white to add more texture and give it more dimension.” —LD
