The Victor/Victoria vibe designer Yigal Azrouël is so adept at spinning translated quite seemlessly into the accompanying hairstyle, created by Teddy Charles, who was working with Catwalk by TIGI. "Yigal  wanted something chic, nice, cool but easy—not too overdone," he says.
