Due to the overwhelming success of the sold-out Beach Boys Tribute in July, beauty industry veterans Kevin Wachs (Earthly Body Inc) and Steve Goddard (PRAVANA) will be rocking out with a star-studded line up of musical guests when Wachs' Get Together Foundation presents its All Star Charity Rock ’N Roll Christmas Show on Sunday, Dec 13. Held from 7-10 pm at the Plaza del Sol Performance Center on the campus of California State University Northridge, 100 percent of the ticket sales benefit MusiCares, a charity founded by The Recording Academy to help music people in need.
The concert will feature one rock set and one christmas/holiday themed set and will be hosted by KCSN’s on-air personality Jim Nelson. Artists in the lineup include: Debbi Peterson (The Bangles), Albert Lee (Bill Wyman, Emmylou Harris, Everly Brothers, Eric Clapton), Rosemary Butler (Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt), Freebo (Bonnie Raitt), Ken Stacey (Ambrosia, Michael Jackson), John Wicks (The Records), Lois Blaisch (Neil Young, David Foster), Marky Lennon (VENICE – the band), Gary Griffin (Brian Wilson), Rob Bonfiglio (Wilson Phillips), Marc Mann (Jeff Lynn, Concert for George}, Kiki Ebsen, The Honeys (Marilyn Wilson & Ginger Blake), Gary Stockdale (Penn & Teller, Brian Setzer, Randy Newman), MB Gordy (drummer Doobie Brothers)… and more!
