2012 North American Trend Vision: Janine Jarman's Judging Tips

Launchpad caught up with Sebastian Professional celebrity stylist and 2012 North American Trend Vision judge Janine Jarman to get the inside scoop on just what judges look for at Trend Vision. Janine was thrilled with the outstanding level of talent at the competition, admitting that with such impressive finalists, judging was no easy job. "What we are looking for is overall presentation, the entire look -the makeup, the hair, the clothing, the attitude. In addition to that, it is from Wella so the color has got to be spot on." Janine added, "Any precision cutting has got to be perfect, as well as the styling. It is a lot of criteria to meet but all of the competitors really rose to the challenge."
