Want to know how to find a bevy of budding beauty talent?
PaulMitchellConnect.com is where Paul Mitchell Future Professionals, schools and salons across the country can find their ideal match. Think of PaulMitchellConnect.com as a cross between match.com and MySpace for salon owners. (Paul Mitchell Focus Salons have the exclusive benefit of being able to create their own profiles to lure grads, as well as look up the profiles of Paul Mitchell-trained candidates based on the criteria most important to them.)
“We launched the site as a career resource for Paul Mitchell The School future professionals and as a way to bring talent to salons everywhere,” explains JMPS marketing director Nikola Cline. “Paul Mitchell Schools produce amazing talent who are ready to hit the ground running.”
“Today’s beauty school graduates are far different from those of years past,” informs Winn Claybaugh, dean of Paul Mitchell Schools. “Our salons need resources and tools for attracting and hiring savvy new professionals. The Paul Mitchell Connect website helps to bridge that gap. Now, passionate Paul Mitchell graduates can connect with like minded salons that can provide the path needed to launch careers.” With more future professionals registering on the site, and more Paul Mitchell Focus Salons building their profiles, this site ensures that Paul Mitchell’s at the top of
its class!

On the Way to an A(+)
As part of its streamlined re-launch, CND has redesigned cnd.com to continue the company’s commitment to education, focusing on nail techs who’ve already graduated—with tip-top honors, of course! “It’s hard to reach every nail technician in the world, but this site provides round-the-clock access to real-time knowledge that professionals can use,” informs CND VP of marketing Kim Natale. Check out the “Just For Pros” portal, where nail techs can download a troubleshooting guide
and instructional nail gallery. With the March opening of CND’s Institute in Los Angeles, the company promises to continue its site updates, as
well as its commitment to give you one heck of an education.
